Maybe Weston Price's website has a listing of organic farmers you can buy real butter from. I know there is lady in my neck of the woods (Vegas) who sells fresh real butter, milk, goat milk , yogurt etc from her organic farm with healthy, well fed animals. Steve -- Terry Chamberlin
