Use it as you would aspirin for pain and swelling. You can take it
internally and crush it and apply it topically like for toothaches and oral
surgery. breast cancer surgery or arthritis pain. It works very much aspirin
but
does not inhibit prostaglandin production.
2 grams a day is great, but bromelain is kind of
expensive at 2 grams a day. Then, what if there are
other supplements you would want to take in addition
to bromelain? Costs gets up there.
