I should point out that if there is nothing responding to the CSR the
DECnet driver is expecting, no driver will be installed, so "CON DIS
..." will not show anything.
The simh side first needs to respond before anything else works on the
RSX side...

I think you made the worst choice for your attach command: wifi is not
ethernet, contrary to popular belief. Can you post results when your attach
to a real ethernet device ?
