I'm using here SystemImager 3.2.3 and i'm having a lot of trouble with
systems with software RAID configurations. I grab the image and install
correctly, but the RAID partitions aren't created in a usable way. I have seen

Not exactly sure what your problem might be, but one note of caution:
If you are using an exclude file for the local host, make sure it hasn't
been altered in any way by your issues. If it was, and you have a corrupted
exclude file, the next time you updateclient BadThings(tm) might occur.
