Hi Brian-- I ran into the same deprecation issues you were running into (also ocaml 4.02.3), and i believe i've fixed them all with the attached patch. I'm not a serious ocaml dev, though; so hopefully one of the more experienced folks here can review this and let me know if i've done anything
