the device I run it on: It's an Olimex A20 Lime2, very
similar to the Cubietruck or Banana Pi.
It should reload automatically after a certain time period. Restarting sks
makes it take effect immediately, of course.

My apologies to the peers of keyserver.blazrsoft.com. It has been
offline for the past few days as I have been busy switching the server
from CentOS 6 to Ubuntu 14.04. I am loading a keydump now and the
keyserver should be back online shortly.
