[Slackbuilds-users] mopac7 and mpqc: please remove from pending queue

Subj. After day of debugging bunch of ghemical stuff I'll prefer to reupload another versions of slackbuilds. Also seems to me that MPQC need some more debugging, and anyway it need some fast blas/lapack libraries to work rapidly, but at least ghemical compiles with last version I have. WBR, Danii
