What you see is a combination of the README file, the information in the
script.info file and the keywords the maintainer entered when submitting.
The admins do not add anything else, just their name as approver in the

If you right-click on the link and choose save as..., you'll see
that Firefox knows what the correct name is.
The script and .info files are correct and work fine.

Changing wxGTK or wxX11 won't help much as pgadmin3 states it requires wxPython.

will work with wxPython as well, the
opposite is not true.
wxGTK = wxX11 + GTK stuff
wxPython = wxGTK + python stuff + contrib stuff
So, nothing is broken, the requirements for pgadmin3 are correct.
