It is now provided by qt-creator.SlackBuild, actually version 4, but it
is line continuation.
And for legacy purposes, Qt Creator 2 is now provided by qt-creator2
SlackBuild, which was previously named qt-creator.SlackBuild.

network/otter requires Qt Webkit, so it no longer works with Qt 5.6.1.
However, the latest otter version 0.9.10 has Qt WebEngine support, and it does
work with Qt 5.6.1. Patches for the version bump are attached. As a caveat,
