I immediately drop mpath, python-django-legacy: now unneeded for mathics.     Seems only documented way to install is pip, which doesn't seem to work in SlackBuilds, and since you can install it yourself w/pip, I may drop mathics unless its programmers/developers/engineers finish instructions.

I have updated the old KDE image viewer (simple/minimalist) kuickshow.SlackBuild for testing. It does work on Slackware-stable (not current) though needs imlib (in SlackBuilds.org) and extra-cmake-modules (wasn't a SlackBuild yet, http://github.com/KDE/extra-cmake-modules ):
