Mailing here in the hope that the maintainer sees it.

The sbo version is at least 2 years old. The latest version is
2017.1.4

Support for python3 could be added too. I'm running the py3 version
right now.

Anyone who thinks UNIX is intuitive should be forced to write 5000 lines of
code using nothing but vi or emacs.  ACK!
