Has anyone had any experience getting a hot swap Compaq AIT35 tape drive
to work? It is seen at boot time but cannot be accessed by any /dev/st*.
Nothing can be found in any /proc files referencing it either.

I have an internet gateway with redhat 7.0 and 2.4.3 kernel. A couple
of the networks behind the gateway/firewall have freeswan 1.8 and 1.9.
There is multiple addresses aliased to eth1 for each network.
For one of these networks I can't get protocol 50 NAT'd. The key exchange
works fine on udp

point to each other over its respective FR link interface do the job.
Then each intranet LAN goes to the Linux box which then
routes to the FR
