Just a general question for the list. We've got the mediawiki going for general feature whiteboarding but it really doesn't cut it as an issue/bug database. I was wondering what other people are using to manage bug lists and issues /feature requests? The ones I've heard of include: Request

We use Request Tracker for helpdesk ticketing in here, and it rocks. We've got ~20k requests/issues in it, across 4 queues, and from other sites I've seen, this is small. We handle errors, requests for new services and tracking general issues. The only comment I'd make is that I don't think
