Ah, then you go back up to contents page at http://www.linux-usb.org/USB-guide/book1.html and start reading the whole thing. :-) I haven't had to read the setup guide for a while, but I remember it being very concise, even if it's starting to get a little dated. But installing USB drivers can usually be summed up fairly simply: Step 1: Install hotplug.
