I have already installed Slurm on a single machine but I would like to
add the HDF5 plugin as well. Apparently, the library has not been installed
along the main package. So I tried to build the library from the source,
but I keep receiving this error when I run "make":

The compute nodes were all in idle~ state - I now tknow this means power
down,
but the nodes were up and running.
I restarted slurm completely, and thisngs are OK now.
