I'm not sure that's really a question for slurm; while you can define MailProg,
it's really the local MTA configuration which is important (slurm mail will work
if mail works).

In our case, we define 'relayhost' in postfix (or SMART_HOST in sendmail) to
point to a local mail server that is configured to do the required relaying
(e.g. it knows which clients it can perform relaying for). For postfix, that
would be something like 'relay_domains'.
