What is the difference between the output fields 'AllocCPUS' and 'NCPUS'
in sacct? man sacct says:
alloccpus Count of allocated processors.
ncpus Total number of CPUs allocated to the job.
I cannot figure out what the difference is. (This is on slurm 2.5.7.)

I have some users (that are used to work with LSF) adding unity to sbatch
option :
--mem-per-cpu=5509120kb
It is clear to me that there is no unity suffix, but an error or warning
should be raised when submitting.
