After asking this device to run a short self test, it recorded the results
as Reserved entries. Oddly enough, the two Reserved entries were both the
result of asking the device to run a short self test but had different IDs
(0x80 and 0x10).

This was pulled from a Lenovo T430 Thinkpad and I think it may have been
supplied with the unit from the factory. The device exterior has no
markings whatsoever. I'm not entirely sure how helpful this submission can
