Help! I have just restored my iPhone and in the process all the apps I had
downloaded (and bought). How can I get them back?

If you do not have them on your computer then you have lost them. The best way
AFAIK to get the apps is via your computer then sync to the iPhone.

Choose the cheapest one and try downloading again - I have a feeling
that you will not be charged. I have put apps on 2 separate devices
this way (synced to different Macs in different locations) without
problem. Worth a go.

Just re-download them as you did the first time, the iPhone will let
you know that you've purchased it before and let you download the app
for free. Once you've got them all downloaded, connect the iPhone to
iTunes and under the sync settings in iTunes set it to sync apps with
