appears that all mail is failing spamheaders. You should quit using the
spam headers test until declude fixes the bug. Discussion of this is on
the declude lits.

The update
There is an issue with one
of our spam tests in Declude JunkMail (the SPAMHEADERS test) where it will
cause the test to be triggered on most E-mails sent after the year 2004.
Fortunately, the SPAMHEADERS test is a minor test, which has a default weight
of just 15% of what we recommend
