There is an issue with one of our spam tests in Declude JunkMail (the SPAMHEADERS test) where it will cause the test to be triggered on most E-mails sent after the year 2004. Fortunately, the SPAMHEADERS test is a minor test, which has a default weight of just 15% of what we recommend
