Thanks Pete - it's working now! Turns out that MDaemon Security Plus license expired on those 2 machines. Apparently if the Outbreak Protection engine is not started, then SNF IPScan is affected. For confirmation, I removed references to Outbreak Protection in the plugins.dat file, but SNF
