Rule 6948148 was coded as an abstraction to a fake header and was rapidly removed by QC checks. Most systems are automatically removing this rule. The rule coding has been added to our problematic group so that it cannot be reinvented. Due to our auto-panic feature it is likely this rule will not affect most systems.
