The problem you are experiencing is almost certainly because the service is document/literal. Apache SOAP 2.3.1 only really supports rpc/encoded. One of the "features" of .NET doc/lit is that it *demands* that xsi:type information *not* be sent for parameters. When Apache SOAP sends this, .NE
