Anyone? Cool, I'm there for ya.
Both the servos and the RX are, essentially, on the same bus. Thus, the
voltage to one is the same as the voltage to another. Your description
sounds like the servo simply requesting more energy than the battery can
provide and the voltage drops dramatically.

Yes, but there is an inherent problem with that in our charging

the ability for the computer to determine the correct shutdown timing would

For all the guys who buy the R610's and take the cases off to save
weight on a DLG, you can get a R610UL instead. It comes prepackaged in

and is much better than no covering if you happen to remove the case.

Here is my guess...and this is just a guess.
The servos require a certain amount of voltage to work. Moving the servo
puts a load on the battery and causes the voltage to drop a little bit.
Once the load is taken off of the battery, the voltage will jump up a little
bit.

An non resonant antenna length of 39" will work on all RX's operating @ 72MHz.

Nope, same rules up here in Canuckland. The TX front end requires tuning,
whereas the RX does not (in most cases). This is precisely why modules were
designed to be interchangeable...they contain the front circuitry "with" the
XTAL that it was originally tuned to.

No problem. They were designed to meet the FCC requirements as they are the

The bottom line remains. Make the wire between 39 and 41 inches, plus or

wires of ~24 to 50 inches and they worked fine. SLOPPY indeed.

Yes. This is an extremely dangerous practice and must be avoided ... in
