The following link discusses what effect boiling nylon in water has under
carefully controlled conditions. However, this study was carried out on
freshly molded dogbones, not something that has equalibriated with
air/moisture like a prop or servo arm.

I have a complete Metz Mecatron antique single channel R/C system. I was

If you mean internally fogged from condensation after rain or cold nights, you can try drilling a little hole in the bottom to vent them, but really they need replacing. If you mean the clearcoat on the outside, that too can't effectively be repaired, only replaced.

you can even color co-ordinate your nylon servo arms and control

I have to second Matthew's endorsement of NOBS batteries. I have had
great service and excellent packs expertly built at a great price from
them. Never had any problems in some very tough configurations
including high-power helis with lots of vibration.

Technically:
- nylon is hygroscopic by nature
- there is no appreciable increase in modulus
- boiling is no more efficient at the hygroscopic process than just immersing
in room temperature water, and could actually purge existing H2O.
- the process of re-absorbtion takes days/weeks

you are carrying when you are 150m away.
Anyway, I also broke a couple on the slope during combat. I started

Dear Dances with Chickens in your pants,
The issue of boiling nylon has raged on for many years now and as
you have noted is still your ordinary/avid slopers dilemma. The theory I
guess, is that boiling results in more flexibility. I have watched your

Slopers. Always breaking things I have never broken so much radio

Hell, I have broken those metal servo arms before, nylon and plastic I
just expect to break now.
