Thanks Brian, that would be great. Although we have three Rahm retrievers it never hurts to have a backup. Besides, I'm sure the guys would like to get a look at the ones that are now available for purchase. You the mfg. rep now?? ;-) Don't tell Gordy, he'd be jealous. Rick At 02:19 PM

Hi Pete, The first thing I did was to look up the Condor on the NSP site to refresh my memory of the Condor. First thing I see is a plane with almost no LE sweep and a fair amount of TE Sweep (forward). The drawing shows a 230cm root chord (a bit under 10) A cg point is shown that is about

With all due respect - a couple things to keep in mind. The standardization and preprogrammed switches on the different brands makes for a consistency that allow interchangeability among pilots and shortens the learning curve when pilots are sharing how to's. Ya gotta be careful flying

Re: [RCSE] Tow hook trivia

2002-02-28 Thread Rick Eckel
It's my guess that its simply to make pilots feel psychologically more secure on the tow. I've launched Super-Vs for years with a tow hook that is barely two ring diameters long without any pop off problems. When I get a long hook I cut it off. The longer hooks seem to get twisted off to
