How do I tell what version of software is in them?
It doesn't seem to tell on power up like I've seen on other mfgs units. I
understand there was at least one upgrade from the early 9303s.

You also need to set the flapern mix. Its just above the flap rate. Set the
values to +100 and you should see them work.

9303. I bought one for mine but forgot who I bought it from.

Have you considered using the slider bar on the right for proportional
throttle control. At least it is open and would be available to be used.

No, the 9303 cannot change modes. The 9X can.

No, it is not. The 930-3 has a non-volatile memory in it. No battery

with different software, I think.

The 9X has a lithium battery that is user serviceable. If I were you, I
would open the case and take a look. If it's like the 9X you can easily
replace it yourself.

The 9303 does not share this with the 9X. It does not have a backup battery
in it.
I am setting up my AVA with the 9303 and a Hitech 555 rx. Can't get the spoiler travel to anything less than full travel.

I just set up my Topaz on a 9303. I decided to use the ACRO template.
The flourish of 9303 posts has diminished. Here is one specific example
of it's versatility for programming sailplanes It opens up possibilities
heretofore unavailable in any radio regardless of price, let alone at a
$600.00 price point.
