[RCSE] Need RCSE info to help friend subscribe

trying to help a friend subscribe to the exchange.  The list manager sends 
back a note saying to put this info anywhere in the body of the email

Form-Type: [List-Manager-Commands]
Command: [auth 4795adba]
Command: [subscribe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>]
Command: [end]
Still nothing happens.  What is doing wrong?
