Hey all racers--
The Silent Wings Soaring Association (SWSA) and Multiplex
USA are hosting a Pico Jet pylon race at the SWSA field in
Covina, CA on Saturday, July 14th. Sign up will begin at
about 11:30 AM at the field and the first race should begin
at about noon. Our club winches will be set up for our usual
Saturday flying at 9:00, so come on out early and bring a TD
ship or a DLG and show us what you can do.
The race will be for stock Pico Jets only with a standard 7
or 8 cell battery pack and stock motor. Both the Standard
Pico Jet and Combat Pico Jet are eligible to enter. There
will be a tech inspection if anyone's Pico Jet seems too
fast and it will then be offered to our mascot and guard dog
Dudley. If you thought Tuff Puppy was hard on wings, wait
until you see what Dudley can do to a Pico!!

need a new Pico Jet for the race.
