Well, by "fast charging" I meant really stressing the pack - i.e. attempting to charge an empay pack in 15 minutes to full capacity, which would be 4C (right?). I normally follow the 1C rule - if it's a 350mah pack, I charge it at 350ma for an hour. Occasionally 2C, but never more than that.

Ben, Your Cheap Battery Pack info is right on, but one thing you have stated I would take note of. I do not hardly know of anyone that does not fast charge their batteries, most at the field. I use a Sirius(both charger and cycler) for everything, and others use other products, but fast charg

Yeah, and: 1. Never fast charge your plane! 2. Always check your battery wires / switches! It's a hell of a thing to loose a chunk of money due to a few cents worth of wire or a cheap switch. Weak link in the chain and all that business, you know? ben wilson louisville area soaring society
