How would mounting a servo to a piece of aluminum, say .020" thick, with servo tape and then screwing the aluminum to the aircraft work? I think it would be fairly light and should hold well. You could trim the current mounting tabs off of the servo to save some weight as well. Harley's post

My objective was to stick 1/4" angle brass to the ends of servos for side mounting. I tried CA, silicone, quick epoxy, Gorilla Glue and Goop. Another modeler said he tried black CA that did not work. A film of Goop does a good job left to cure overnight. A modeler offered a neat website http://
