akks digital team ಗೆ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ Koer ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಮೊದಲು KOER , STF ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಪರಿಚಿರುವ ಈಗಲೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲರಾಗಿದ್ದೆವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತರಬೇತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಮಗೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ಯಾವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. KOER ಎಂದರೆ ಬಸವರಾಜ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಲಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ತಪ್ಪು KOER ಎನ್ನುವ ಸಾಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಒಂದು ಹಿಡಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ ಅಷ್ಟೇ.
