I do not receive any call states from Sofia in the following situation:
1. initiate INVITE (call to nua_invite)
2. CANCEL call immediately after calling nua_invite (call to nua_cancel)
3. Sofia sends INVITE
4. remote answers directly with 407 - Proxy Authentication required

I have sofia-sip setup with one NUA agent (i.e. one call to nua_create()). Is
there a way to send a REGISTER message to a proxy different than the binding
established via nua_create()? The reason is, in a failover condition, I want
to find an easy way to periodically check if it can
check out NUTAG_PROXY
