already tried the user folder rename.. that was one of the first things I tried, along with the other 3 steps I mentioned in my first post. I am already in the process of removing versions of Softimage.. Tomorrow morning, I'll run some installs, and hopefuly that will do it. WIll be nice to have a

We installed it on a workstation here for testing, I can't connect our workgroup in Soft, it crashes right away. Other than that, Soft seems to work. Haven't tried it very much because of that problem. However, I'm running it on my personal laptop, and over all it's a fantastic upgrade to windows,
