I would use syflex. There are lot of good syflex examples in ..\Data\XSI_SAMPLES\Scenes\Simulation that comes with soft. For your case particularly take a look at syflex_skirt scene example as it closely matches with your needs. But also take a look at other syflex example for setting it up.
