There is a lack of consensus about Java 11 support. We have been recommended to
stick to Java 8 even on Solr 7.X. Is the page bellow the 'official' position?

Sorry if the question was already covered.
We are using joins across documents with the limitation of having the documents
to be joined sitting on the same shard. Is there a way around this limitation
and even join across collections? Are there plans to support this out of the
box?
