Over the last 6 months more than 70% of payments for events on SquadUP have come from a mobile device. Is your ticketing company helping you take advantage of the shift from web to mobile commerce? Our best guess is that they are not.
The shift from web to mobile ticket purchasing happened almost overnight and most ticketing companies have not been able to keep up. As such, the ticketing industry has become notorious for high rates of shopping cart abandonment. The result is simple and it’s crushing your business. Your customers are getting frustrated with cumbersome check out experiences on mobile and you are losing money.
