server is running and that you can connect to it in other was, such as using a

Source Jammer is having trouble communicating with de server. A problem ocuured
in communicating with the sourcejammer/soap server. Error opening socket:
java.net.ConnectException: connection refused: connect
¿What is the solution for this problem?
