Jubek governor urges new police graduates to shun tribalism JUBA (14 Sep.) The governor of South Sudan's Jubek State Augustino Jadalla has called on new police recruits graduate to fight against tribalism in South Sudan.
Addressing the new police graduates at Juba Stadium yesterday, Governor Jadalla said that tribalism is spreading like a cancer in the country.
