Thank you, I made a static Base repo and a dynamic Base repo. I think that is a woraround to solve the problem. I took a basic install cd and put all the packages into the parent channel with rhnpush so now this is my static one. The dynamic one is a child channel pointet to online

sorry for the delayed response usually when it happens between the base OS and EPEL its because a new package was added to the base OS and it is usually deleted from EPEL's repos. I ran into this when 6.4 came out if i remember correctly. just delete the EPEL version. that said I am unsure with

This usually means you have two packages with the same name but different checksum's in the channel. This occasionally has been known to happen due to third party errata download scripts hitting a bug known in the API. You need to find the duplicate package then remove one of them from the
