Maybe they'll start writting in Middle English to target that untapped
market
of english lit majors/grads.

Since spammers rely on responses from the mentally-deficient, and most of
those people won't likely be able to read this mail, I doubt this
particular spam will produce any customers whatsoever.

I think I'm pleased with this trend. It may not stop the spam, but it
appears likely to severely restrict the income and thus motivations for
 doing so :)

Some of these spams are *so* mixed up that I have absolutely no idea
what they're even trying to hawk in the first place. It might as well be
written in Klingon.

I just put up a private webmail for our clients. As a long-time
MH user, I never knew what was in these messages. I was of the
opinion that some were just put out to poison Bayes DBs with
garbage.

However, after perusing my spammy addresses, I see that nearly
all of them have a very nicely produced graphic for insurance,
pharmaceuticals, body or performance-enhancement products, and
the like. The link is often an IP address or a hex-encoded uri.

Klingon is much more regular. :)

How far has the spell-checker project for SpamAssassin come along? With
these silly misspellings, it sounds like a pretty good idea.

Bravo! Bravo!

If spammers *did* start writing like that, I might actually read my spam.
