DENIED_RDNS_RESOLVE is produced by the "reject-unresolvable-rdns" filter. If
you disable that option in your configuration file, that filter will stop
blocking connections.

I would understand:
1) how to block this control "DENIED_RDNS_RESOLVE"
2) try to figure out how to block this control only for certain mail servers
