Hi Adam, Sorry just heading off on vacation so can’t give a fuller answer, but yes we’ve done quite a bit of work with larger datasets with SPDLib. The processing chain I use is in the attached scripts, it refers to some custom scripts (e.g, Submit2bsub.py) these are for helping me work our HPC - y
