+1 on updating the FAQ. I think we also want to explicitly list the spec and license-list versions we're talking about as well, to help folks during transitions (some folks may still be using license-list 2.x tools and would appreciate access to FAQ discussion about those identifiers). And I think the spec could use more specifics about the default value for LicenseListVersion [1]. Currently it's not clear to me which version of the license-list is implied when the optional LicenseListVersion is not set.
