Agenda for tomorrow is to discuss adoption of
https://github.com/spdx/spdx-spec/issues/53
in SPDX specification release 2.2 as an optional way to
specify the package identifier and locator.
As background, Philippe gave a talk at FOSDEM on PURL (see

We're also close to getting 2.1.1 released (due to the hard
work of Thomas and Trevor!) and will review any opens left.
