Curious if anyone here has read the AAPML specification from Oracle (http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/standards/idm/igf/pdf/IGF-AAPML-spec-08.pdf). The goal is to allow attribute authorities to specify conditions under which information under management may be used. This sounds like something that has merit for OpenID to consider...
