Hello :)
If one service knows a user's OpenID, as well as the URL for the
OpenID-enabled login page for another service, that service can log
the user in to the other service. This is very useful, and could give
the OpenID-enabled web the same feel as Google Accounts services --
sign in once, sign in everywhere. Of course, for this to work
services must be able to determine other services' login URLs. Should
a standard login page URL or set thereof exist? Should something like
rel=login or rel=openid.login exist? Is this out of the scope of
OpenID itself?
