Inspired by the 150th publication anniversary of Darwin's evolutionary
treatise, 'On the Origin of the Species', ANAT presents the Super
Human: Revolution of the Species

Super Human Revolution of the Species is an international event
comprising a symposium, exhibition, masterclass and public talk
investigating collaborative art and science practices and their
relationship with the human body.

The Australian Federal Government is pushing forward with a plan to
force Internet Service Providers [ISPs] to censor the Internet for all
Australians. This plan will waste tens of millions of taxpayer dollars
and slow down Internet access.
Despite being almost universally condemned by the
ANAT is partnering with GetUp to prevent the Australian Governments
proposed internet censoring scheme.
GetUp's 'Save the Net' campaign is gaining momentum faster than all
expectations, as the Government's ill-considered plans to slow down and
censor the internet is facing backlash from

Media art has proliferated and blossomed in Australia, with a
spectacular survey of playful and political, intellectually and
visually engaging media works currently being exhibited at the
Premier's National New Media Art Award at the Gallery of Modern Art
Clean Feeds on Australian Artists
The Australian Government will soon introduce a whole of Internet
filtering system under the auspices of child Cyber-Safety, requiring
Internet Service Providers to filter out content identified as
prohibited by the Australian Communications and Media
