Well, I have a speedtouch 330 working here in Portugal with oninet, so you might want to take a look at what I did at http://cosmos.oninetspeed.pt/jose.bernardo/speedtouch.html, even though it is specific to my firewall's distribution, Mandrake's MNF. But I had to use pppoa3 instead of pppoa2,
