Hummm .... The green modem is the Speedtouch USB, not Speedtouch 330. As far as firmware is concerned, i might say that it is the intellectual property of Alcatel/Thomson and as such, subject to some legal statements. The first consequence being that such firmware cannot be redistributed, and thus there is no driver that work "right out of the box" since you NEED to download the firmware on Thomson web site. Moreover, I think that this firmware is using the RTEMS real time operating system. So, it's quite difficult to disassemble such code. So, why would you want to disassemble such firmware?
